Analytics API

Programmatic access to event analytics. Available on the Scale plan.

Summary

GET /v1/{eventId}/analytics/summary?from=2025-01-01&to=2025-01-31

Returns high-level metrics: registrations, views (total, unique, completed), completion rate, average watch time, and chat message counts.

Timeseries

GET /v1/{eventId}/analytics/timeseries/{metric}?granularity=day

Returns metric values over time. Supported metrics: views, registrations, completions, chat_messages. Supported granularities: hour, day, week, month.

Drop-off Curve

GET /v1/{eventId}/analytics/dropoff?segments=20

Returns viewer count at each segment of the video. The segments parameter controls how many data points are returned (default: 10).

Top Questions

GET /v1/{eventId}/analytics/chat/top-questions?limit=10

Returns the most frequently asked viewer questions, grouped and sorted by frequency.

Session Breakdown

GET /v1/{eventId}/analytics/breakdown/views?by=session

For scheduled/recurring events, returns per-session attendance, show-up rate, and engagement metrics.
