Slack Integration
Available on Growth and Scale plans, Slack integration lets your team receive and respond to escalated viewer questions directly from your Slack workspace.
Setup
- Go to Project Settings → Integrations → Slack
- Click "Connect to Slack"
- Select the channel where escalated questions should appear
- Save
How It Works
When the AI escalates a question to your team, a message appears in your designated Slack channel with:
- The viewer's name and email
- Which event and video they're watching
- Their current timestamp in the video
- Their exact question
- The AI's attempted response (if any)
- Full chat history from this session
Your team responds by replying in the Slack thread. The response is delivered to the viewer's chat in real time — they see a seamless continuation of their conversation.
Best Practices
Dedicate a channel specifically for Keep'em escalations (e.g., #keepem-support). This keeps escalated questions visible and ensures they don't get buried in a busy general channel.
