Available Triggers

• New Registration — Fires when someone registers for an event
• Video Completed — Fires when a viewer reaches the completion threshold
• Question Escalated — Fires when a question needs human attention

Example Automations

Add completed viewers to a Mailchimp list — When a viewer completes your onboarding video, automatically add them to a "Completed Onboarding" email list for follow-up campaigns.

Create a HubSpot contact on registration — When someone registers for your demo video, create a contact in HubSpot with their email and name.

Post to a Slack channel on escalation — If you're not on the Growth plan but still want Slack notifications, use Zapier to bridge the gap.

Setup

Search for "Keep'em" in the Zapier app directory, connect your account using your project's secret API key, and build your zaps.
