Suggested Questions

Suggested questions appear in the chat interface as viewers progress through your video. They prompt engagement by showing viewers the kinds of questions they can ask — and give them a one-click way to dive deeper into what's being discussed.

How They Work

Keep'em generates suggested questions in advance based on your video transcript and knowledge base. As the viewer reaches different points in the video, relevant questions appear in the chat panel.

These aren't random. If the current section discusses setting up integrations, the suggested questions might be "Which CRM integrations are supported?" or "How long does the Stripe setup take?"

Do They Count as AI Messages?

No. Suggested questions are pre-generated and displayed as prompts. They don't consume your AI message quota until a viewer actually clicks one and the AI generates a response.

Customization

You can review and edit the generated suggested questions from the event settings. Remove ones that aren't useful, add your own, or reorder them to match the flow of your video.
