Analytics Overview

Keep'em tracks everything that happens when viewers interact with your content. This data helps you understand what's working, what isn't, and where to improve.

Key Metrics

Registrations — How many people signed up for your event.

Views — Total viewing sessions and unique viewers. A single person watching twice counts as 2 views but 1 unique viewer.

Completion rate — The percentage of unique viewers who watched enough to be marked as completed (based on your configured threshold, default 80%). This is your most important metric.

Average watch time — How long viewers spend watching, on average.

Chat activity — Total messages, split between viewer questions and AI responses.

Why Completion Rate Matters

Completion rate is the north star metric for interactive video. It tells you whether your content is delivering on its core promise: keeping viewers engaged through to the end.

A high completion rate means your content is relevant, well-paced, and the AI is handling questions effectively. A low completion rate means something is causing people to leave — and the drop-off analysis tells you exactly where.

Dashboard

Your event dashboard shows these metrics at a glance. Time-series charts let you track trends over days, weeks, or months. Session breakdowns (for scheduled/recurring events) show per-session attendance and engagement.
