Session Reports
For scheduled and recurring events, session reports break down attendance and engagement per scheduled occurrence.
What's Tracked
Each session report includes:
- Registrations — How many people were registered for this specific session
- Views — How many actually showed up
- Show-up rate — Views divided by registrations
- Completion rate — How many viewers completed the video in this session
- Chat activity — Messages exchanged during this session
Using Session Reports
Session reports help you optimize scheduling. If your Thursday 5 PM session consistently has higher show-up rates than Tuesday 10 AM, you might shift your primary schedule.
For recurring onboarding sessions, tracking show-up rate over time tells you whether your registration-to-attendance conversion is healthy or needs work (better reminder emails, more convenient scheduling, etc.).
